Porcelain tiles are manufactured from extremely pure materials and are fired at a very high temperature. The result is a dense, strong tile with a superior performance compared to normal ceramic tiles, including durability, abrasion, frost and chemical resistance and virtually impervious to water.
We do not have our own fixers, but we are happy to recommend quality assured tillers.

Yes, our plain tile samples are free of charge. We always recommend you take samples home and see the tile in your own light before your purchase.
Credit may be given on stock items if they are in full cartons and returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking charge will apply. Unfortunately items specially ordered cannot be returned.
We have a warehouse of approximately 10,000 square foot where we stock as much of what we display as possible. However, some tiles and products are special orders, and deliveries depend on our supplier. Most tiles arrive within a few days, although we cannot guarantee this. Please check with our staff when you place your order.
